So here I am just freeing up a Wednesday afternoon like you do when I decided to create the Cek family on Sims. This is a thing we always do whenever we are bored and it's pretty simple. Create a house with Me, Steve (totally49) and Mark (axeman2002) with Skinner as the next door Neighbour :o

Here are three pictures (out of many) that I thought i'd upload, mind you, i've only been playing for about 30 minutes now, I could certainly get some more (EDIT: Best leave it at a low level because these pictures are massive, well, they were until I shrunk them down and made them less quality) (Average Size = 10k)

It's actually quite scary, as soon as I pressed unpause Mark headed straight for the televison to switched on action films and myself and Steve went to play SSX on the computer

Mark Getting Angry!
Mark getting angry because some random guy tried to take his Chinese Takeaway 'away'!

Mark Getting Angry!
Mark telling the guy to get the hell out of the house!

Us!
(From Left to Right) Mark, Dave and Steve (Notice how theres nothing else around, we got a cheap deal on the house!) The walk is like Resevoir Dogs only super crapper and unintentional

You'll also notice that I like to play with the 'No-Wall' view!

Ahh, great memories of the times we had with the original Sims game like this. Ooo, did we have fun playing SSX, eh, Dave?

Ooo, I like my blue top. Who's the fourth guy in the second pic? Skinner? :S

Skinner has been made but hasn't got a house yet, it would have taken up too much time making one and such just to have him peek through the windows

lol, just give him a house with one room, one door, no windows and one light one couch, one bed, one toilet, one sink, one bath, one cooker. Does it for me. I'm sure he'd be happy. Maybe a telephone too, so you can call him up and invite him around.

Souter Looking Steve

You look more like Souter there, which inspired me to take that shot

True, true, but its almost always impossible to find a character who looks right. And who is the female in the background? (Well, im guessing female since the pink trousers - but maybe its Mark in his night-atire! :P)

That's Bella Goth coming to welcome Me and Mark, you'd know if you weren't too busy with that ball machine!

Doesn't mean other characters can't have relationships. Thats one thing I never got, how come sims dont get pissed off when they start flirting around? Hummm...

they do in Sims 2, you have to set their status in the family create screen. They could be Wife/Husband, Brother/Sister or just room-mates so they do tend to get angry if you flirt with their partner, but only if theyre around to see it

But if two people start off as opposites and then come a good relationship, does that not count for a like wife/husband thing?
[info]wormlover wrote:

you'll have to get married first in a chapel but it won't let you do that if you already have a wife i think

Oh, so if two unrelated people from two familys get a high enough relationship they can get married? can they then become their own family and move out and such?

Generally yeah, but in Sims 2 it tends to be more complicated than that, you have to organise the wedding and all, meet parents and stuff, look for houses. etc

Well, from this view (i've never played sims) it looks like...Souter/Steve with odd cleavage :-S

his breats do stick which is weird, but you can't alter how fat they are unless you eat/work out, the only standard option is fat/thing.

Aww, you should have paused and built a chair. Although I'm sure Steve wouldn't have wanted to play with you if you hadn't had a shower....!
