Me, Renno and the Kev-Man were heading down to the bus stop when some guy we didn't recognise pulled up in his car and began talking to Renno:

Some Guy: "Hey Matt, need a lift?"

Renno: *looks at Davie* Looks like I got a lift, cya!

*Davie crosses the road and stands with Kev... they begin looking at Renno as he gets in the car*

*Renno glances back*

Kev: That bugger *continues to curse*

Davie: We're not getting a lift!

Haha! The story of my life! or perhaps that's the Kansas City Shuffle for you!


... another anecdote that happened right this minute after coming off the phone to Staffordshire University.

Mum: David!

*No response because on phone!*

Mum: David!!... David!!!... David!!!! Benga!!! David!!! David!!! (Oh... and she wasn't pronouncing David like Day-vid... that's David pronounced Dah-vee-d)

*After five minutes of Davie calling and finally finishing on the phone*: Davie: Mum! I was on the phone to Stafford!

Mum: Oh... sorry... this letter from Staffordshire came today...

Benga means "Come here!" basically... or can simply be shortened down to "Come!"... yup!
