Been really putting off livejournal for a month or so as I have been bogged down with University... however as a Wafflemas resolution I'll be back as usual!
Happy Third Wafflemas! *cries*

For a belated Christmas/Hanukkah present Shula (
shula_tiger) got me a Dreidel! It means I'm Jewish! like... James Callis! (I needed someone who was British and Jewish for a pic) plus I'm in that BSG mood

So... 2006 is nearly over but seeing as we're not there yet I won't get into the ups and downs of 2006 but the past few days have been pretty fun. Wednesday, Me, Steve (Anyways, before we set off we stumbled upon Oliver Noble (who drove up to my house) so he came along and spent about £15 on that Basketball game at the Arcade trying to beat the high-score (with no luck). Afterwards I went over to Steve's for a couple of days where we lounged around playing video games and watching TV/Movies
(...and most importantly... making fortresses for the cat!)

So today is Wafflemas! and the shortest day of the year which is a good thing 'cause it means Christmas is pretty much right around the corner and the Crimbo/New Year celebrations should be happening!

Sigh... so I've took a break from packing my hand luggage to write this journal entry (I packed my actual bag the day before yesterday and it only took me five minutes so was a little disappointed!)With all that said- I'm only going for a week this time which was my choice. As much as I'd love to not go into school to get my Exam Results on the 17th I thought I'd play it safe and get back in time anyway.
Being the general time for holiday going, people are always asking "are you going anywhere nice this summer?" and the one thing that kind of bugs me about going to Florida is when people go "So... doing Disney then?". Don't get me wrong, I like Disney (my mum told me to pack my Beauty and the Beast T-shirt so I did just that!) but I don't think I've been there for ages! (my favourite being MGM Studios) (you can ask Steve (
But with that, we don't tend to do Disney that often (if my parents go to the beach- I'll sometimes go to DisneyQuest if I don't go with them (Last time I went, I still had some high-scores!) and I was very upset (this is Universal now) that the Back to the Future ride is closing down :( to make way for The Simpsons ride :O.
Hopefully I'll update every so often for the week and maybe upload some pictures of me being lazy for a week (unless I'm too lazy!) and as usual- I'll probably make a phone post when I get bored. If you want to get in contact with me (if my house is on fire or you want to play a game of Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds) then I'll have my Skype on sometimes!

So school ended yesterday and although it didn't end too christmassy... it still ended never the less!
As usual (well, for the past two years now) a small group of us heads into town on the last day to exchange christmas presents and this time it took us all (bearing in mind there was only 5 of us) a whole four hours to get everything sorted! but it was fun! (who doesn't like christmas shopping for other people!?)
Me and Mark even went on the carousel that they had in the centre of town! (Everyone else was too chicken! But we didn't care, we got some manly horses called Nightshade and such! Ruff Ruff Ruff!)
So, if you really wanted to know, here's the lowdown on how cool my friends are! Souter Mouter bought me a Star Wars Episode IV Poster so now I can make Chewbacca noises whenever I see this beast on my wall! Unfortunately however, Souter did not come into town with us and I couldn't buy him a present in return :'( (Well, I will definately buy him one! but he prolly won't get it until after New Year!)
Following the cool poster tradition, The K-man got me the famous Jessica Alba Sin City poster that we tease him for having! I'm sure it's probably won't be Chewbacca noises i'll be making when I see this on my wall! *Rowr!* And for the K-man, me and Steve combined forces and got him the Sin City Board Game! (That was the end of the Sin City love-fest for us!)
Stee went all cool on me and got me Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 1 which i've been trying to lay my hands on for a good long time! The episodes that I have watched so far are like the love child of Seinfeld/A Hanheld Video Recorder! And in return, I bought Stee Wallace and Gromit (3 Cracking Adventures!) and Jimmy Eat World - Believe in What You Want on DVD (I have no idea if that is also an album! I have no Jimmy Eat World hardcore experience!)
As we walked into Waterstones I start complaining to Mark and Steve about how they never have the Bruce Campbell
Autobiography. Mark, unsure what to get me at first did manage to track down Make Love! The Bruce Campbell Way in that very Waterstones! and what i've read so far has been hillarioum! In return of course, Me and Steve pitched in to buy Mark Seinfeld Season 4 (which we watched that very night!)
Lastly, Kev being as rockin' as he is, bought me the uber cool Dire Straits - The Very Best Of... DVD (which is on in the background right now, Money For Nothing! EDIT: Nope, Brothers In Arms has just come on now! My VERY VERY VERY Favourite track!). Hoping he hadn't already got it, I bought him Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast DVD (and thankfully he hadn't!) to appease his Eddy love!
Unfortunately though, like Mark, I couldn't help buying myself a little something and with only a random look from the guy at the counter I bought a copy of The Notebook!
So thanks all of you for your crimbo pressies! and our fun exchanging of them in the car (after all the panicking and screaming from the boot/trunk being open!) and I hope you enjoy yours!
The second half of the night/morning was spent over at Han's house alongside the few of us that went into town (Steve, Mark, Kev and K) aswell as Han (it was her house, duh!), Heidi, Harriet and Ruth (who came later on in the night) For a good hour of the night, Me, K, Steve, Han & Heidi had to make do with random christmas songs whilst the rest went to find food! (and Ribena!) By the time they got back we were ready to start our Monopoly game that lasted until 3am in the morning! (Me and Mark were bankers! woot!) I'm sure the game would have lasted longer but unfortunately Mark, Ruth and I knew we were beat so we stood down like gentlemen and woman!

Hip Hip Hooray! (No, I did not say whore ray) it's snowing! Well... ok, I lie, it was snowing earlier today when we were at school! It snowed so much that we chose to brave the chills to go frollock around outside during free period / lunch time!

Ah, it's good to be back in routine, my parents/sister are/is home from holiday and I haven't had to cook a meal *relaxes* yep... this is the good life!...and because I haven't updated in three days! i'll condense it all in this post!. Thursday, I couldn't post... the reason being ARGHHH!!! I didn't get home until 8:00pm because of the weather. I snuck near a tree to take shelter but I had to keep going!
Friday, I got a lift back with
..and saturday of course, was Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night so it was impossible to update! I was out watching the fireworks and by the time I arrived home it was already this morning :o. I would have just had to update then.
On the way back home, me,

Ok Ok... it wasn't really a condensed version... but more like a list of excuses to why I haven't been updating as much (no, i'm not dead! and darn you if you hoped I was!)
I just hope Mr Gee is alright, I heard he get's scared when Fireworks are going off. Poor Computing Teacher

Well, seeing as Derbyshire is the number one hotspot for UFO activity and seeing as it's halloween I am very dissapointed! Very much so!! My 45 minute walk through the pitch black turned into a yelp fest as I ran the rest of the way home well... yelping I guess. (Of course, with my parents and sister being on holiday i've not been able to get a lift home from school, but they're back Sunday!)
*Stops typing whilst dog tries to steal dangling headphones*
Gerr you! *pulls back*
She's been excited as we've had two brave trick or treaters so far! (presumably someone drove them both!) and as a nice reward i gave them *each* a Twix Ice Cream Bar and a Kit-Kat. The lucky people!
Happy Halloween folks!

I managed to smack print screen within seconds... What is this magical blue thing on the bottom right hand corner? A ghost or simply just the webcam messing up? and will you deprive dave of his fun?

So it's Friday night (not sunday night, when it's sunday night i'll make a special post dedicated to that opening! however X-files is on the in the background (Roland to be precise))
The Half Term holidays has fully hit us now and of course everyone will generally try to do as much work NOW and do pretty much nothing later in the week.
I'll start the post with a congrats to
totally49 for passing his driving test even though
axeman2002 and I are kind of pissed off that he didn't tell us he was having it and only told mischa_craven (even when I was given the task of handing all his coursework in and it was obvious in the first place)
Seeing as i'll have the house to myself during the half-term I can take the time and patience to carve all the Barenaked Ladies into form of pumpkin.
That may sound weird but Carving Pumkpins has instructions and templates to do all 5 of them!

So here I am, I arrived some 25 hours ago back in sunny England... (which to be fair, it was rather sunny) and by the time I got back I had a big nap and took to my usual routine.
Then late last night I got bored whilst watching shows I had missed for two weeks (Battlestar Galactica and Dark Angel) and thought to myself 'This would make a pretty good web-comic with a couple of screen captures' and that's what I did.
Today is carnival day down in the village which i'll attend later this afternoon so if I can be bothered, i'll take some pictures of people looking like idiots on floats :o
Today is also haircut day I think (I have a hunch... :o :o)
EDIT: I've also been informed that we don't have to go back to school til' Tuesday! Whay!

Well, the summer holidays are well under way and I got bored and decided to install Alien Versus Predator 2 'again' just so I can go around invisible and web people. I'm not sure what I can really talk about in this post as there isn't really much happening and conversations on MSN have just become things of "How are you?" "Fine" and not much else.I hope to update with some pretty interesting things later on in the day/week as that's what i'm here for (and I don't want to put my $5 to waste :o)
