In This Poster for Metal Gear Solid 4, Hideo Kojima has said that the person second from the end (with the eye patch) is Big Boss! But he died in Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake!? :o

First on the poster is also Vamp (who was seen right at the end of MGS2!) so it's actually revealed that he survived!
